Frequently asked questions

Where are my goals saved?

Your list is saved on your iPhone or iPad. With iCloud Sync enabled, challenges, goals, tasks, notes and progress sync between devices using the same Apple Account. Change this device’s sync setting in Settings → Storage, then fully close and reopen Do 100. Turning sync off keeps downloaded data here and does not delete the iCloud copy. Offline changes sync when iCloud is available; transfers may take time.

Can I export or restore my list?

In Settings, export JSON for goal details and progress history, or CSV for a summary. Importing these files into Do 100 is not currently supported. An export is not an in-app restore function.

How do widgets work?

Add a Do 100 widget using your device’s Home Screen or Lock Screen customization controls. Choose overall progress or an individual goal. Open Do 100 if the displayed progress needs refreshing. Information in a widget can be visible to anyone who can see that screen.

How do I change the app language?

Do 100 follows your device’s language preferences, including the language selected for Do 100 in iOS or iPadOS Settings. It supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Your own goal titles and notes stay as you entered them.

How do I delete my data?

Use “Delete all Do 100 data” in Settings to permanently remove challenges, goals and progress. With sync enabled, deletions also sync to iCloud and your other devices; this may take time. Deleting the app or turning sync off does not delete the iCloud copy. Manage backups, exports and shared copies separately. This action does not cancel a subscription.

The app won’t open my data. What should I do?

Keep Do 100 installed. Close and reopen it, then contact support if the problem continues. Deleting the app can remove local data; do not reinstall it as a first troubleshooting step.

How can I download Do 100, and what does it cost?

Do 100 is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Download it for free and build your list during setup. A monthly or yearly subscription unlocks the app. Eligible yearly subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. The App Store shows your local price and trial eligibility before you confirm. After access expires, your saved list remains readable and exportable.
